Delicious and what looks to me to be authentic Hong Kong style caffe. Egg Custard Waffle was delicious and unique made by hand.

I absolutely loved this place! The dishes are so authentic — every bite reminded me of a real night market experience. The paper beef was incredibly tender and full of flavor. The drinks were super fresh and paired perfectly with the fried foods. Desserts were wonderful too — best enjoyed right away while they’re still warm and fresh! Service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

Get their egg waffles because it is made freshly. Their food on the other hand not recommended at all as it feels pre-made. I ordered satay beef noodles it tasted funky and probably cheap beef. Lastly it is obviously that the store understaffed.

I love coming to Cuppa Tea! My family used to go to the College Park location but were very happy that a closer location opened up. We are always hoping to find a place that serves some good Hong Kong diner food so the signature milk tea and lemon black tea are my parents and my favorite drinks. (I’m very happy that lemon tea is basically right around the corner now lol) We love the curry fishballs and pineapple buns and the egg tart waffle is also becoming one of my must-gets (must have warm though! Ate that up in the car asap lol). They’re branching out to more food so will def come back to try more of their menu. Service is friendly but special shout out to Reema for remembering my family and always making my parents feel welcome!

Learned from social media that it opened an outlet in Rockville recently and visited it in Thursday afternoon. There are plenty of parking lots and not much people in the store. The staff are friendly and attentive. I’m glad that they use black and white evaporated milk which is a must for authentic Hong Kong milk tea. I love the idea of putting the milk tea in the well designed glass bottle. The egg waffle is also great. Kudos!

This place is amazing! The food is high quality, fresh, and truly authentic Hong Kong style. The pineapple bun chicken sandwich and the thick-cut toast sandwiches with egg and pork chop tasted just like the ones you’d find in a Hong Kong café. Fries were perfectly crispy and paired well with the sandwiches. The drinks were excellent too – the milk tea and coffee milk tea were smooth, rich, and not overly sweet, exactly how it should be. The interior mural and atmosphere made me feel like I was right back in Hong Kong. Everything from the flavors to the vibe gave such a nostalgic and authentic experience. Definitely a spot worth visiting again and again!

Had taiwanese ham sandwich, taiwanese bento and satay beef with macaroni at this recently opened place. It was yummy and very authentic! Satay beef with macaroni was flavorful, beef was very tender. Sandwich was perfectly toasted! Highly recommend to try out some delicious food here!

Really good food and vibes! The chicken sandwich and milk tea is such a good price for all the food. Even got a free leather cup holder for my milk tea for the promotion they’re running! Staff were so nice too. Definitely want to go back and try their other food next time
